Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Musashi tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
